Agreement

These terms govern your use of sadiamondproperties.com, published by Sadiamond Properties Limited, Third Floor, The Promenade, General Mathenge Drive, Westlands, Nairobi. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Staff who sign in to the private tools also accept the staff rules below. How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy .

What the site is

The public site lists homes, furnished units, offices, retail space, warehouses and godowns, and land for sale, rent, or lease in and around Nairobi, and it publishes articles from our office. It also tells you how to reach us.

A listing is an invitation to enquire. It is not an offer, and it does not reserve the property. Price, size, availability, title, service charge, and condition can change and can differ from what is on the page. Photos can be illustrative. Confirm the details that matter to you with us, and with your own advocate on title, before you rely on them.

Neighbourhood names and any map pin are a guide to location. They are not a survey.

Enquiries

Sending the enquiry form, or contacting us by phone, email, or WhatsApp, asks us to respond. It does not appoint us as your agent, and it does not create a sale, lease, or property-management contract. Those need a separate agreement. Where a written instruction or sale agreement is required, that document governs the deal.

Give accurate contact details. We use them as described in the privacy policy. The WhatsApp and call buttons leave this site and open your own apps. Facebook, if you follow the link in the footer, is also a separate service.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• use the site to break the law, or to send a message that is fraudulent or abusive;
• try to access an account, record, or area you are not authorised to use;
• interfere with the site, or probe it in a way that degrades it for other people;
• copy the catalogue of listings to republish it as your own inventory;
• misrepresent who you are when you enquire or when you sign in.

You may share a link to a listing or an article. You may quote a short extract with credit and a link to the page.

Staff tools

Sign-in, the CRM, and the listings dashboard are for people we invite. Keep your password to yourself. Passwords are at least 8 characters. You are responsible for activity under your account until you sign out or tell us the account is compromised.

Use client and lead records only for the firm’s work. Do not export them for a personal list or another agency. Location on a field check-in is optional; turn it on only when you mean to record where that visit took place.

We may suspend or close an account, or remove access to a record, if these terms are broken or if the person no longer works with us. A session ends after seven days without use, or sooner if it is revoked. You can review devices in account settings.

Our content

The name Sadiamond Properties, the logo, listing text, articles, and photographs belong to us or to the owners who supplied them. You do not receive any right in that material other than the right to view it and to share links as these terms allow.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available. Listings can be withdrawn, and the site can be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, including the mail, map, and error-reporting services we use.

To the extent Kenyan law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on a listing without confirming it, from a site interruption, or from a third-party service you open from a link. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or any other liability that the law says we cannot limit.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. The courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that update means you accept the new version. The current version is at /terms .
